Three-month marketplace minimum

Every tradeline subscription has a three-month minimum. A cancellation cannot end the subscriber's payment responsibility before that minimum is satisfied.

Five-day cancellation cutoff

After the minimum, a cancellation request submitted at least five calendar days before the next monthly billing date stops that next charge. A request submitted inside the five-day cutoff takes effect after the next paid month.

24-hour refund window

A customer may request a full refund of the latest monthly marketplace payment only within 24 hours after that charge. The request must use the self-serve workflow and match the verified payment record. Outside that window, the payment remains due except where a non-waivable right applies.

Failed payments

A failed payment receives a separate 24-hour grace period before marketplace status changes. A grace period is not a refund window and does not extend the three-month minimum.

Magazine subscription

The Tradeline Match magazine is a separate $97 annual subscription for 52 weekly issues. Its annual charge and renewal terms are presented at magazine checkout. Any eligible refund right is displayed with that transaction and does not change marketplace subscription rules.

Recorded resolution

Approved refunds return through the original payment path when available. Tradeline Match retains the payment, request, decision, and processor references as an archived transaction record.
